Lansing Tech Studio

Lansing Tech Studio empowers youth through hands-on STEM experiences, fostering creativity and leadership by engaging them in robotics competitions. We believe every child deserves the chance to innovate and grow in a supportive community.

Come beat the heat with Lansing Tech Studio! ☀️&nbsp; Our robotics summer camp is wrapping up. The day after camp ends (June 27th), Lansing Tech Studio is hosting a Family-filled Field Day to celebrate our students with the community and spread awareness for our ands-on STEM learning programs in robotics, coding, and tech.&nbsp; Your support helps us:&nbsp;- Provide equipment and supplies for student projects&nbsp;- Increase access for families who need transportation and computer equipment support&nbsp;- Grow opportunities for both homeschooled and traditionally-schooled students. Thank you for helping us ignite students&rsquo; passion for technology, innovation, leadership, and service. &nbsp; Participation Options&nbsp;- 🌊 &quot;Soak a Leader&quot; Station: Participants throw water balloons at volunteers, local officials, or parents.&nbsp;- Ticketed Battles: Build a team for access to categorized battles.&nbsp;- 🏖️ Team Challenges: Put a team together to play &quot;Capture the Flag&quot;&nbsp;- 😎 Balloon and water toy competitions: Which individual or team can complete races the quickest?&nbsp; **Adult and youth team categories for all participation types are available.**&nbsp; FAQs 🏝️&nbsp;Q: How will cleanup work after the event?&nbsp;A: Cleanup Plan: Participants and attendees are encouraged to help dispose of trash immediately during the event and welcome to help pick up trash after the event.&nbsp; Q: How can participants promote the event page?&nbsp;A: Utilize social media, email and share page links to invite friends and family.&nbsp; Q: What are we doing to be environmentally responsible? A: Environmental Safety: We&rsquo;re using biodegradable water balloons if possible to mitigate environmental impact. We also have a Cleanup Plan that ensures all plastic, including balloon debris, is cleaned up immediately to avoid littering.&nbsp; Q: I&#39;m not able to participate. How can I help?&nbsp;A: Volunteer or donate items including food or snacks like cotton candy, hotdogs, balloon filling kits, or items for a fun-in-the-sun goodie-bag.

🚀 We&rsquo;re thrilled to have 4 incredible teams getting ready for this year&rsquo;s FIRST LEGO League competitions! These young innovators are building robots, tackling real-world challenges, and developing amazing STEM skills along the way. As a coach, I get to see firsthand how robotics sparks creativity, builds confidence, and teaches leadership. These kids are working hard, thinking like engineers&mdash;and having a blast doing it! We believe every child should have the chance to participate&mdash;and thanks to our amazing community, they will.That&rsquo;s where you come in. Your donation helps cover competition registration fees and makes it possible for us to keep offering opportunities like this to even more students.
