Limited to 15 participants. ✨ From the team who brought you Transmute. Embodied Circling is a shared journey into presence, play, authentic expression, spiritual connection, and human intimacy. Through breathwork, meditation, music, movement, play, and relational practices, we step out of our ordinary routines and become curious about what is alive right now&mdash;within our bodies, between one another, and within the group as a whole. We listen inwardly to sensation, emotion, thought, desire, intuition, and impulse. We explore what happens when we meet another person with presence and allow ourselves to see and be seen. Expression might emerge through words, silence, laughter, eye contact, sound, movement, dance, proximity, and consensual touch. There is room for depth and lightness, stillness and wildness, reverence and silliness. We might meditate together one moment, move to music the next, play, laugh, experiment, or follow an unexpected spark of curiosity. We also make space for the sacred and mysterious&mdash;listening for the deeper intelligence within ourselves, within one another, and within the shared field that emerges when people gather with openness and intention.&nbsp; Rather than following a predetermined conversation or trying to reach a particular destination, we practice trusting what arises and discovering together where the moment wants to go. Breathe. Feel. Move. Play. Express. Witness. Connect.A space to become more fully alive&mdash;to experience ourselves, one another, and perhaps something greater than ourselves through the body, the heart, and the present moment.We will engage in different practices and ultimately witness each other while following prompts like:&quot;My body senses...&quot;&quot;My heart feels...&quot;&quot;My intuition invites me to...&quot;&quot;My voice wants to express the sound...&quot;&quot;My mind imagines...&quot;&quot;My soul desires...&quot;&quot;My spirit is telling me...&quot; We will stretch and breathe and open our bodies a bit before we begin.
