As new investment and opportunity grow across our district, Live6 Alliance is working to ensure that longtime and legacy residents are positioned to be the primary beneficiaries of this momentum and stay firmly planted in the place they have stewarded and cared for throughout their lives.&nbsp; The Resident Investment &amp; Opportunity (RIO) Fund&nbsp;is a multi-year initiative designed to increase and strengthen homeownership, pathways to generational wealth, and connect residents with the suite of services and resources to achieve lasting economic security.
