Registration for the 9th Annual Christmas Blessing Project is officially open to residents of Laconia, Center Harbor, Meredith, Gilford, Belmont, Moultonborough, Tilton, and Sanbornton. Lovingly hosted by Love INC of the Lakes Region. Please Registrar By November 15th!!This heartwarming program is designed to spread love and the message of Jesus, helping local families in need. We pair parents with their very own personal volunteer shopper to pick out the perfect gifts for their children. The day will be filled with Christmas music, fun-filled family activities, creative children's crafts, and beautiful, free professional family portraits to capture your holiday smiles forever!Happening: Sunday, December 6thTime: 2:00-5:00PM Please arrive no later than 2:00PM.What to expect:· Christmas music and short drama portraying the Christmas story!Parents receive gift bags containing all necessary gift-wrapping materials.Kids are invited to create age-appropriate special one-of-a-kind gifts for their parent(s)/guardian(s)!Free refreshments, Face Painting and time to just get to know our volunteers!Parents contribute $5 or $7.50 per child and receive one $50 or $75 Gift Voucher for each child under age 18, and sign up for a shopping appointment with one of our friendly, trained volunteers who will serve as their Personal Shopping Assistant at Gilford Walmart the following weekend (12/12 or 12/13). Parents are responsible for transportation to and from Walmart.Free Professional Family Portraits!!! (Must sign up in advance on Registration Form!) How it works:Families arrive at Living Hope of Lakeport Sanctuary prior to 2:00 PM for a short, Gospel-centered Christmas program. Then the parents and children head downstairs to make their way through several stations.The Fellowship HallRefreshments will be available here, and we hope you can get to know our volunteers a bit!Here Parents will pay for their children’s gifts and sign up for a time to Christmas shop with a volunteer. Parents will receive an appointment for shopping at Walmart in Gilford the following weekend, Friday, December 11th (4PM – 9PM) or Saturday, Dec.12th (9:00 AM – 2:00 PM.) Parents also will receive gift wrapping supplies upon sign-up!Parents will also have an opportunity to complete a small survey/raffle entry form, and to sign up for Love INC’snew TM program!.Craft RoomsKids are invited to experience the wonderful love of Jesus through working with our volunteers to craft a Christmas gift for their parent(s)/guardian(s). Craft rooms are age-divided and supervised by 2 or more volunteers per room.Free Professional Family PhotosPlease be sure to pre-register on your application if you would like a free, professional family portrait.
