Marden's Ark Avian Refuge is a companion parrot welfare advocacy organization that seeks to improve the lives of parrots everywhere through outreach and education. We operate a small rescue that houses unwanted birds.

🌟 Help Us Build a New Beginning for Parrots in Need 🌟For over eleven years, Marden&rsquo;s Ark Avian Refuge has been a dedicated sanctuary for parrots who need stability, compassion, and a safe place to land. Our founders personally pay the entire mortgage and all property expenses so that every donated dollar goes directly to the birds &mdash; from daily care to Outreach families who rely on our support.Now, it&rsquo;s time for the next step in our mission.Recently, the property next to us &mdash; which we had hoped to purchase for years &mdash; was sold to the local fire department, who will be building a new station there. Repairs would be needed before selling &mdash; and the timeline is tight.So we&rsquo;re launching the New Beginnings Sanctuary Fund to secure a larger parcel of land (ideally with buildings already in place).
