Join us for Stronger Together, a community fitness event at IONIC Athletics bringing people together through movement, music and connection while raising funds for families affected by the recent earthquakes in Venezuela. Every dollar raised will be donated to Mates Without Borders, an Australian charity working on the ground in Venezuela to provide essential support for displaced families. One morning. Four sessions. One big heart. This is a chance to be part of something meaningful. Come for one class or stay for the whole morning. Bring a friend, meet new people, and enjoy an incredible community atmosphere while supporting a cause that truly matters. What&rsquo;s on 8:30 am &ndash; Event beginsStart the morning with a coffee from our friends at Lonsdale Street Roasters. 8:45 am &ndash; IONIC Partner WorkoutA fun, high-energy strength and conditioning session for all fitness levels. 10:15 am &ndash; Aerials Sports SessionLearn the basics of aerial silks and discover a whole new way to move, climb and fly. 11:00 am &ndash; Yoga with Kind YogaSlow down, stretch, breathe and reset. 11:45 am &ndash; Samba with CrystalPure dance-floor energy with no experience needed. 12:30 pm &ndash; Charity raffle draw Throughout the morning we&rsquo;ll also have Mexican food by Jarochos, drinks, local stalls, coffee from Lonsdale Street Roasters, and DJ Josh Madrid keeping the energy high.
