Caregiver Wellness Circle 🐴💛 is a weekly experiential gathering designed to help spouses, partners, family, and close friends caring for loved ones reduce stress, build resilience and rediscover balance through guided conversations, practical tools, mindfulness, and meaningful interactions with horses. Guided by the ranches equine specialist, this circle will focus on your mental wellbeing by giving you the opportunity to ground and reset. Hanging With the Herd 🐴 is a relaxed time at Mending Strides Ranch for ADULTS&nbsp;to slow down, breathe, and connect with our herd and with each other. You will have an opportunity to meet the herd, hear their rescue stories and groom. Please use this form to let us know you&rsquo;re coming so we can welcome you safely and comfortably.&nbsp; Arrive five minutes early for brief paperwork. Tennis shoes or boots required.
