Join us for a meaningful evening at the Palmer House Hilton as we celebrate America&#39;s 250th anniversary while supporting our annual gala and raising awareness for Alzheimer&#39;s disease. This special event will bring together community leaders, advocates, caregivers, families, and supporters to honor our nation&#39;s legacy and make a meaningful difference in the lives of those affected by Alzheimer&#39;s and other forms of dementia. Your participation helps fund vital programs and services that provide education, resources, support groups, and guidance for individuals living with Alzheimer&#39;s disease and their caregivers. Together, we can increase awareness, strengthen community support, expand access to essential resources, and bring hope to families navigating the challenges of dementia.
