Two attempts will be made to contact winner via phone and email. Winner will have 30 days to claim there winning prize. If the prize is not claimed within 30 days they will forfeit the rights to the prize and no refunds will be issued. All winners will be required to successfully pass all state and local requirements for acquiring firearm. It is the winners responsibility to know if they meet the requirements under state and federal law for possession or acquisition of firearms. Only the winning bidder may acquire the firearm and no one else can be pick up the firearm on their behalf. Background check and transfer will be conducted at Little Johnny's Firearms in Madison Heights, VA with a scheduled appointment. If the winning bidder is not local then the firearm will be shipped to a licensed Federal Firearms Dealer in their area. Monelison Volunteer Fire Department will cover all taxes and fees for transfer. The winner assumes any and all liability for their actions involving the prize once they take ownership of the prize.
