The UTSA chapter of the National Society of Black Engineers empowers Black engineers through academic support, professional development, and leadership training, fostering a diverse engineering community and ensuring access to transformative opportunities.

The University of Texas at San Antonio (UTSA) chapter of the National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE) is committed to increasing the number of culturally responsible Black engineers who excel academically, succeed professionally, and positively impact their communities. As Black engineers and students from underrepresented backgrounds remain a small percentage of the engineering population at UTSA, our chapter provides critical support through academic, professional, and leadership development opportunities. To help members access transformative experiences such as NSBE Regional and National Conferences&mdash;where they gain valuable networking, career, graduate school, and leadership opportunities&mdash;we are seeking support to offset the costs of registration, travel, and lodging. Your contribution will help ensure that deserving students can attend these life-changing events and continue growing as future engineers, leaders, and advocates for their communities.
