The New Deal Volunteer Fire Department is dedicated to protecting lives and property through emergency response, fire prevention, and community education. They strive to foster safety and resilience in their community while honoring fallen first responders.

New Deal Volunteer Fire-EMS Department memorial walk/races fundraiser liability waiver:I know that walking/running in the New Deal Volunteer Fire-EMS Department memorial walk/races is a potentially hazardous activity. I should not enter and participate in these activities unless I am medically able and properly trained. I agree to abide by any decision of a race official relative to my ability to safely complete the event. I assume all risks associated with participating in this event including, but not limited to, falls, contact with other participants, the effects of the weather, including high heat and/or humidity, my own health conditions, whether known or unknown to me, the conditions of the road and traffic on the course, all such risks being known and appreciated by me.Having read this waiver and knowing these facts, I, for myself and anyone entitled to act on my behalf, waive and release the New Deal Volunteer Fire-EMS Department and all its sponsors, their representatives and successors, from all claims or liabilities of any kind arising out of my participation in this event, even though that liability may arise out of negligence or carelessness, in part or whole, of the New Deal Volunteer Fire-EMS Department or other sponsors referenced above.This entry is not valid unless signed by the entrant, guardian, conservator, or parent for entrants under 18 years old.

Nueva Exenci&oacute;n de Responsabilidad para el patrocinio de la caminata/carrera memorial del Departamento de Bomberos y EMS Voluntarios de New Deal:S&eacute; que caminar/correr en la caminata/carrera memorial del Departamento de Bomberos y EMS Voluntarios de New Deal es una actividad potencialmente peligrosa. No debo entrar ni participar en estas actividades a menos que est&eacute; m&eacute;dicamente capacitado y debidamente entrenado. Acepto cumplir con cualquier decisi&oacute;n de un oficial de carrera en relaci&oacute;n con mi capacidad para completar el evento de manera segura.
