North Island Menopause Society

The North Island Menopause Society empowers women through education and support during menopause. They provide resources, workshops, and conferences to foster understanding and improve health outcomes for women navigating this life stage.

The In-Person conference is designed to give you a personalized learning experience. You&#39;ll choose one workshop during each of the three breakout sessions, allowing you to build a program that reflects your interests, questions, and goals. Whether you&#39;re looking to better understand hormone therapy, improve your sleep, explore changes in relationships and sexuality, or gain new perspectives on self-care and wellbeing, you&#39;ll have the opportunity to create a day that&#39;s meaningful to you. Together, we&#39;ll explore the bigger picture: how menopause is changing our culture, where progress is being made, and what we can do - individually and collectively - to help create a more informed, compassionate, and supportive future.&nbsp; Following the panel, many of our presenters will stay to chat informally, giving you the chance to continue the conversation and connect one-on-one.

2026 In-Person Ticket to North Island Menopause Conference

We are offering a virtual (online only) version of the conference for those who cannot make it in person but still want to be part of the learning experience. Due to technical restrictions, we are only able to offer the live stream from one room, the large conference space, with limited workshops presented.
