In rural Uganda, many girls miss school during their periods because they don&rsquo;t have basic supplies.&nbsp;&nbsp;When a girl has no pads, she stays home.&nbsp; She falls behind.&nbsp;&nbsp;She feels ashamed.&nbsp;&nbsp;And she faces preventable health risks that no child should endure. You can change this story. We&rsquo;ve launched The Monthlies Fund to provide 130 girls at Bughungu Primary School&nbsp;with practical, reusable sanitary kits &mdash; small bundles of dignity that make an enormous difference. Each kit includes:<ul fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;"><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">2 reusable sanitary pads</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">2 pairs of underwear</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Soap</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">An illustrated instruction sheet</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">A discreet carrying bag</li></ul>These kits are simple, durable, and culturally appropriate.&nbsp;&nbsp;They help girls stay in school, stay confident, and stay healthy.
