Wild Resonance

Rescued Hearts is an award-winning documentary exploring the miracles, mystery, and science of healing with horses. Inspired by a life-changing moment when a 7-year-old child diagnosed with autism spoke his first words while interacting with a horse, filmmakers Dana Croschere and Krisanna Sexton set out to understand what makes the horse-human connection so powerful. Through real stories, raw vulnerability, and scientific insight, Rescued Hearts is an invitation back to the heart, where healing, presence, and possibility begin. By joining us, you support lifelong refuge for rescued animals and inclusive therapeutic care for our community—children, adults, families, our military community, and the at‑risk natural world we share. Thank you for showing up for people, animals, and nature. We are SO grateful to Sound Equine Veterinary Hospital for taking great care of our animals and for being the presenting sponsor for our event. Every dollar we earn from this event goes towards the animals we care for at the sanctuary!
