Parham-Hurst International Girls Society

LXCL:Safe haven for the youngest survivors and then long-term, family-based residential care and wrap-around services for survivors of human trafficking and gender-based exploitation. Our programs are designed specifically for minor girls who are unable to return to their biological families. PHIGS' objective is to provide care and support for each girl within the safety &amp; security of caring families devoted to their journey from harm to wholeness into young adulthood and beyond.

To meet the challenge PHIGS is addressing, we plan to grow in multiple phases with a long-term commitment for maximum impact in the lives of young girls rescued from the harm of trafficking and abandonment. During the first phase, from 2026 to 2028, PHIGS will begin development and construction of 5 family homes, begin vetting candidates for staff positions, and rent office facilities on a projected 3-yr total budget of $6MM. Additionally, in Q3 2026, PHIGS will hire an executive director as well as the first house parents prior to opening the first home in early 2027.
