Pawsitive Friendships enhances the lives of individuals with special needs through innovative animal-assisted therapy, fostering connections and promoting emotional well-being for participants and their families.

For years, families have asked when farm therapy animals would be available beyond one region of the Valley. Pawsitive Steps Forward is our answer. Violet and Rufus are the first part of our commitment to expand access and bring farm therapy animals directly into schools and adult day programs across Maricopa County. Violet and Rufus have already brought so much personality to our organization. Soon, they will help create meaningful moments for the individuals we serve&mdash;especially those who may be fearful of or allergic to dogs, or who have never experienced a horse or donkey up close. Your gift will help us continue training Violet and Rufus as they prepare to make a pawsitive impact in our partnered facilities.&nbsp;
