Pekin Civic Chorus

Pekin Civic Chorus enriches the community through music, performing diverse shows while supporting local arts and education. Since 1953, they've donated over $270,000 to schools, fostering a love for music and theater in Pekin.

Pekin Civic Chorus is in its 73rd year of entertainment and giving back to our community. &nbsp; The chorus is comprised of 70-80 auditioned adults, and since 1953 has donated over $270,000 to local organizations, particularly local schools promoting arts, music and theater. Under the direction of Dr. James Rimington, the chorus will perform our 2026 Show: &quot;The Whole World Sings&quot; at the F.M. Peterson Theater at the beautiful Pekin Community High School Campus. &nbsp; Throughout its rich history, Pekin Civic Chorus has established itself as a beloved community group presenting musical variety shows that appeal to a wide range of audiences. &nbsp;We look forward to seeing you at our 2026 show &quot;THE WHOLE WORLD SINGS&quot;!&nbsp; We are offering two levels of tickets. &nbsp;&quot;General Admission&quot; for $25 with entry to the theater 20 minutes before the start of the show or &quot;Patron Admission&quot; for $30 with early entry to the theater 45 minutes prior to each show. &nbsp; Guests who purchase Patron tickets prior to April 23, 2026, will also have their name added to our program for the show. &nbsp;&nbsp;
