When you arrive, go to the Libbey Bowl Box Office area and look for the sign with your school’s name. Please have your students and chaperones gather there until your entire group has arrived.There is no reserved seating. It is a first gathered, first seated format.Once your full group is together, a representative from your group can check in at a box office window. Please give the final number of attendees to the box office representative and your invoice will be adjusted. Festival staff will then escort your group to your seats.We appreciate your help in making arrival and seating run smoothly, and we look forward to welcoming your students to the festival!ADA Parking: There is small lot for drop-off by the stage at 210 Signal St. There are a few ADA spots that can be used as needed. Please reserve all of these limited spots for ADA.
