Performers Without Borders

Performers Without Borders brings joy and empowerment to vulnerable children globally through circus arts. They organize volunteer tours that use performance to foster laughter, creativity, and resilience in communities facing challenges.

Nightmare B4 Xmas A gloriously twisted collaboration from Spinning@ and the East London Circus Club in aid of Performers Without Borders. Step right up, creatures of the twilight, spin-enthusiasts, and dwellers of the uncanny. It is a well-documented cosmic fact that between the crisp crunch of autumn leaves and the suffocating tinsel of December lies a peculiar, shadowed pocket of time. A twilight realm where things go bump, spin, juggle, and occasionally burst into flame. What Lurks in the Shadows:

🎪 A Gala Show of Curiosities: Marvel at feats of balance, contortion, and circus brilliance that defy both sensible judgment and ordinary physics.

🎭 The Until-Midnight Renegade: Unfiltered, chaotic, and delightfully unpredictable. Anything goes, provided it fits in the room and doesn't explicitly summon an elder god.

🕯️ Open Jam Space: Room to play, spin, juggle, and converse with fellow nocturnal oddities. Dust off your props and find your flow.

🎃 The Great Pumpkin Carving Contest: Enter your squash of terror! Bring a pre-carved masterpiece from home, or grab a knife on the night to hack out a fresh festive abomination on site. Yes, there are prizes.

🎲 Spooky Parlour Games: Eerie challenges designed to amuse, confound, and lightly perturb.

🎟️ THE RAFFLE: Tremble before the wheel of fate! Win prizes ranging from the legitimately wonderful to the downright peculiar.

🔥 Weather-Dependent Fire Space: Should the fickle London skies refrain from dampening our spirits (or our wicks), we shall set the night ablaze out back.

🍾 Bring-A-Bottle Bar: Bring your poison of choice - potions, elixirs, or humble ciders. Ice and glasses provided; questionable concoctions strictly encouraged.

The Grand Purpose: Beneath all the cobwebs and spinning apparatus lies a very bright heart: 100% of proceeds go directly to Performers Without Borders, funding volunteer circus tours that bring laughter, empowerment, and play to vulnerable children in communities around the world. Because bringing light to dark corners is the best magic of all. Dress Code: Tinsel tangled in cobwebs, Santa hats on skeletons, gothic elf wear, striped stockings, pumpkin kings, feral reindeer, or Victorian ghost attire. Whether you lean full Yuletide horror, eerie festive glam, or simply drape some battery-powered fairy lights over your favourite black circus rags - the stranger the collision, the better. Come for the circus. Stay for the chaos. Leave before the curse takes hold. .... ps.... .... Want to come, but can't afford it?
