Welcome to the initial donation campaign for the Philip Reagan Haynes Always See the Good Foundation. We want to get this off the ground for spring graduation at Fleming Island High School in our inaugural year. The scholarships we award for secondary education purposes will go to Fleming Island High School students who exemplify active involvement in either sports, music, or the visual or performing arts. We also want to offer scholarships to FSU students who are matriculating from a community college for their junior year, as Philip did.
