Welcome to the Philipstown Behavioral Health Hub. We provide free referrals & care coordination to help people secure mental health and addiction resources. We offer support groups & events to serve our community with compassion and confidentiality.

Join us for an all-levels-welcome community hike led by local expert, Karen Kapoor! We will meet at the Arden Point and Glenclyffe trail head, which is located on the south end of the Garrision train station parking lot. You can park at the Garrison train station parking lot. &nbsp;

Get ready to stretch and support your mental health! Join us for family yoga at The Collective in Cold Spring. Come as a family or come solo! &nbsp;Led by: Sandra Slokenbergs. You are encouraged to bring your own mat. Dancing isn&#39;t just fun, it&#39;s good for your mental health! We are so excited to have you attend this TANGO LESSON led by Emiliano De Laurentiis featuring live guitar music with Bret Williams.
