Physicians for Palestine, in collaboration with Healing Hands Fund, launched the Prosthetics for Palestine program in response to the devastating surge in amputations in Gaza — now among the highest rates in the world.Rooted in humanity, dignity, and sustainability, the program focuses on training, education, and system-building to strengthen local leadership and ensure long-term impact. We deliver high-quality prosthetics while developing lasting rehabilitation infrastructure, including limb-manufacturing labs and clinics.Beyond providing prosthetic limbs, we take a holistic approach—offering physical therapy, psychological care, nutritional guidance, and comprehensive follow-up rehabilitation.While our current operations are focused in Gaza, our long-term vision is to expand access to quality prosthetic and rehabilitation care for Palestinians across neighboring areas.

Physicians for Palestine’s Vascular Health Center provides critical diagnostic and interventional care for patients with vascular and neurological conditions. The center is equipped with a vascularization unit, ultrasound diagnostic unit, and neurological intervention unit, enabling timely diagnosis and treatment that can prevent stroke, limb loss, and other life-threatening complications.We now need support to staff the center with trained specialists and supply it with essential consumables to keep these life-saving services running.
