Police Employees Association of Ridgecrest (PEAR)

The Police Employees Association of Ridgecrest supports youth through the Police Explorer Program, fostering leadership and community service among young men and women aged 14-20. Proceeds from events fund uniforms, competitions, and educational trips.

Support tomorrow&rsquo;s leaders by participating in our Police Explorer Program fundraiser. All proceeds are tax deductible and directly support our Police Department Explorer Program. The Explorer Program gives young men and women ages 14&ndash;20 the opportunity to learn about law enforcement, develop leadership skills, and serve their community. Funds help pay for uniforms, skill-building competitions, and leadership trips that prepare them for the future. Thank you for supporting our mission; your support is invaluable!

Explorer Fundraiser

Support tomorrow&rsquo;s leaders by participating in our Police Explorer Program fundraiser. Only 500 tickets will be sold. Prizes include a firearm, Disneyland tickets, and many other great items. Winners will be drawn at the NRA Banquet on April 11, and you do not need to be present to win. All proceeds are tax deductible and directly support our Police Department Explorer Program. The Explorer Program gives young men and women ages 14&ndash;20 the opportunity to learn about law enforcement, develop leadership skills, and serve their community. Funds help pay for uniforms, skill-building competitions, and leadership trips that prepare them for the future.
