Pride Across the Bridge uplifts the 2SLGBTQIA+ community on the Eastside, ensuring everyone feels safe, supported, and celebrated. They provide education, resources, and events to foster connection and joy among queer individuals.

We offer a supportive environment where everyone can feel welcomed and respected, regardless of gender identity or expression. Our events are designed to foster a sense of community, belonging, and joy, allowing participants to connect with like-minded individuals, share experiences, and build lasting friendships. :) We are a volunteer-driven organization committed to promoting the well-being and visibility of the trans and nonbinary community through engaging and accessible events. We&rsquo;re proud to offer this swim night at no cost to attendees, and we mean it: no gatekeeping, no strings attached. Just show up, be yourself, and enjoy.That said, these events do come with real costs. If you&#39;re in a position to donate and help support equitable aquatics access, your contribution makes a genuine impact. We&rsquo;re in this together. Guidelines~In our swim meetups, inclusivity and respect are paramount. We operate under a zero-tolerance policy for discrimination, harassment, or hate speech based on gender identity, sexual orientation, race, religion, or any other discrimination against your human beings. We ask all participants to respect each other&#39;s pronouns and to contribute to a positive and supportive atmosphere. Privacy and personal boundaries are to be respected at all times.All-ages welcome, attendees under 18 must be accompanied by a responsible adult. Kids may be asked to take a swim test (especially if under 14 or needing additional support) Photography~For the safety, comfort, and protection of our community, personal photography is not permitted at this event, everyone should enjoy swimming without concern.To honor the joy of these gatherings, we will work with trans and nonbinary sketch artists who capture the magic in a creative, non-identifying, and consensual way! Join us for a joyful, affirming evening of community and connection at Splash of Pride, a private pool night dedicated to the 2SLGBTQIA+ community! Whether you&#39;re a seasoned swimmer or dipping your toes in the water for the first time, Pride Across the Bridge welcomes you to join us in making waves and embracing the beauty of our shared journey.&nbsp;Accessibility~The facility includes an ADA pool lift with a 350lb weight limit. There are also accessible restrooms and showers in each locker room. Please note this is an outdoor pool with fencing but not full visual privacy, participants are encouraged to dress in what feels comfortable and safe. :)&nbsp;Access to the outside pool facility has a ramp and there are ladders in the shallow and deep end of the pool. Pool degree range: 84-86 degrees. Portable stars for both the shallow and deep end can also be put in. There are locker rooms that the city is allowing us to make gender-neutral, each with ADA accessible showers and bathrooms.&nbsp;&nbsp;Free snacks and drinks will be provided at the event. We&rsquo;ll have chairs and tables on the upper deck for relaxation, connection, and refreshments. Personal floaties (like inner tubes) are welcome, and pool equipment such as kickboards, noodles, and aquajoggers will be available. Parking is available at the Kirkland Library Parking Garage, with overflow parking between the pool and the community center. Please do not park in the lot between the community center and PCC.&nbsp;Finances~Being a volunteer run org, we strive to remove barriers for our community to get the care and connection we know they deserve (yes we&#39;re talking about you)! Thanks to the City of Kirkland&#39;s sponsorship, access to this event is free! We just need RSVPs from interested attendees. :)Finances should never be the barrier between you and connecting with your community- especially when it comes to something as fun as water! ¡Ellas, Ellos y Gays! Noche de Comedia

Pride Across the Bridge presents Shes, Theys &amp; Gays!, an all-queer comedy showcase fundraiser bringing together some of the funniest LGBTQIA+ comedians for a night of pure joy, laughter, and unapologetic queer brilliance. PARENTAL ADVISORY: This is an all ages venue, please note there will be mature content or themes referenced during performances. This advisory is included because we want to make sure that people can make decisions for themselves and their families. Whether you’re coming to laugh, connect, or just unwind, this night is about collective joy, compassion, and celebrating the magic of being together. 5 Iron Golf welcomes you into their playful, welcoming space! Before the show kicks off, you're invited to check out their virtual golf stations and duckpin bowling alleys, the perfect way to loosen up and have a little fun. We'll have a small auction table by the entrance with wonderfully creative auction items from our local queer vendors from last year's Redmond Pride event! All proceeds go to fuel queer spaces created with community, by Pride Across the Bridge. SoulFood CoffeeHouse is a bright community spot and is a warm and cozy landing place for many queer Eastside locals. They are also trailblazers in the Eastside drag scene, being the first and only venue in the area to hold a monthly drag show, The Bold and the Brewtiful. Now they&#39;re ready to break ground again with their first drag brunch! Brought to you by the same team who produces The Bold and the Brewtiful, Kenbie Enby and the Haus of Enby, come enjoy queer community at this Family Friendly Drag Brunch. IT GETS EVEN BETTER, this event benefits another Eastside pillar, the local non-profit <a fr-original-style="" href="https://prideacrossthebridge.org/" rel="noopener noreferrer" style="text-decoration-color: initial; user-select: auto; box-sizing: inherit;" target="_blank">Pride Across the Bridge</a>. Pride Across the Bridge (PAB) is a passionate team committed to supporting and uplifting the voices and lived experience of the 2SLGBTQIA+ community on the Eastside. Funds raised from this event will help PAB continue their crucial work, providing compassionate education, support, and connective spaces for queer individuals through free resources and events. ABOUT THE BRUNCH All ages welcome! Seating begins at 11 AM so you can order food and drink before the show starts at 12 PM! If you would like to be seated together, but are purchasing tickets separately, please ensure all tickets are under the same name. Otherwise, you may not be seated together. Tickets are sliding scale to be more accessible. Ticket price does not impact seating arrangements, all price tiers access the same level of seating. The holidays can be a particularly trying time for many in our community, and we want to offer this opportunity for our queer neighbors to connect in a sacred space with great food and even better people!
