Project 34

Project 34 empowers the Roseland community by addressing systemic healthcare barriers. Through data-driven advocacy and community engagement, we aim to improve healthcare access and outcomes, ensuring equity and transparency for all residents.

Roseland is at a critical moment. For decades, residents in Roseland have faced persistent barriers to accessing quality healthcare. From limited specialty care and delayed treatment to financial barriers and system inefficiencies, these challenges are not isolated; they are systemic. &nbsp;And the harm to our community has been devastating. Project34 is stepping in to change that. We are launching a targeted Health Equity Initiative focused specifically on the Roseland community, a data-driven, community-led, policy and advocacy effort to identify gaps in healthcare access, uncover root causes, develop a strategic plan for real, measurable change, and advocate for real, lasting change. &nbsp;We are very focused on obtaining concrete, tangible results for this community. Through this initiative, Project34 will:<ul fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;"><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Conduct a comprehensive community and healthcare system scan;</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Collect and analyze data to identify disparities in access, outcomes, and operations;</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Create a resident-centered focus and approach throughout;&nbsp;</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Develop a clear, actionable roadmap which includes advocacy to improve healthcare access, transparency, and accountability.</li></ul>Why Your Support Matters In this initial phase of our initiative, your contribution will directly support:<ul fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;"><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Data analysis and reporting;</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Community engagement and stakeholder convenings; and</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Independent analysis and expert support to ensure transparency and accountability in healthcare delivery.</li></ul>Phase 1 of the work will be the basis for later development of a strategic plan to build a healthcare system in Roseland that is equitable, transparent, and responsive to the community it serves.
