LXCL:Project EmpowerHER empowers young Asian women through leadership development and community impact projects. Our 8 week cohort and pitch competition cultivate skills and confidence, preparing young Asian women 14-18 to present innovative solutions and drive positive change in their communities.

Project EmpowerHER Pitch Competition The Project EmpowerHER Pitch Competition is the culminating event of our fellowship, where young Asian women present community impact projects they have developed throughout the program.Over the course of the fellowship, participants refine their ideas, strengthen their leadership and public speaking skills, and build actionable plans to address issues they care about. On Pitch Competition Day, Fellows present their projects to a panel of community leaders and professionals, competing for seed funding to help bring their initiatives to life. More than a competition, this event celebrates the voices, leadership, and potential of the next generation of Asian women as they transform their ideas into meaningful community impact.
