Period Power 101: Period Session & Emergency Kit GiveawayPeriod Power 101 is a free educational session designed to help youth build confidence, gain knowledge, and better understand menstruation in a safe and supportive environment. Participants will learn the basics of what a period is, common menstrual products and how to use them, personal hygiene tips, and ways to feel prepared and confident during their cycle.This session is intended for youth who need a basic introduction to menstruation and menstrual health. It is not a medical training or healthcare consultation.
