PLEASE READ THE FULL EVENT DESCRIPTION&nbsp; Children Ages 0&ndash;4 OnlyMothers are still welcome to attend even if their child is not present. Raising Solo presents Barre Flow for Mommas: Mommy and Me Edition, a beginner-friendly wellness experience created for moms and their little ones to move, bond, and connect in a supportive community environment. Enjoy a gentle Mommy &amp; Me Barre-inspired class, meaningful connection with other mothers, and time dedicated to creating special memories with your child and/or for yourself! Light refreshments will be provided.&nbsp; Whether you&rsquo;re attending with your child or joining on your own, this experience is designed to help mothers relax, recharge, and reconnect with themselves and their community. Please note that all guests are encouraged to stay for the full experience to fully enjoy the program and activities. Spots are limited and registration will close once capacity is reached. Adults will be asked to fill out an additional form for the studio.&nbsp; Important Information&bull; Children participating must be between the ages of 0&ndash;4 years old.&bull; Mothers are welcome to attend even if their child is unable to join them.&bull; Mats&nbsp;and water will be provided.&bull; Comfortable clothing is recommended.&bull; For your safety, participants should be at least 8 weeks postpartum and/or have approval from their healthcare provider before participating. Photography NoticePhotos and videos may be taken during the event for Raising Solo&rsquo;s promotional and marketing purposes. To protect the privacy of participating families, all children&rsquo;s faces will be covered, blurred, or otherwise concealed before any photos or videos are shared publicly on social media, websites, newsletters, or other promotional materials. If you register and can no longer attend, please notify us as soon as possible so that we can offer your spot to another mother on our waitlist

Disfrute de una clase suave inspirada en Barre Flow para Mam&aacute;s: Edici&oacute;n Mam&aacute; y Peque&ntilde;o, conexiones significativas con otras madres y tiempo dedicado a crear recuerdos especiales con su hijo(a) y/o para usted misma. Se ofrecer&aacute;n refrigerios ligeros. Raising Solo presents Momlates, a beginner and postpartum-friendly wellness experience created for moms to relax, recharge, and reconnect.&nbsp; Enjoy a guided Pilates class, an informative session, a coffee and matcha bar, and intentional time to connect with other moms. Each guest will receive a complimentary resource bag. This Mother&rsquo;s Day offering is our gift to you, because you deserve it. Please note all guests are required to stay for the full experience. Spots are limited and registration closes May 9. Guests will be required to bring a form of identification for their child(ren), even though they will not be present (an insurance card is acceptable). This helps ensure fairness and integrity, as past events have experienced misuse of reserved spots and resources. Entry will not be permitted without this. For your safety, participants should be at least 8 weeks postpartum and/or have approval from their healthcare provider before participating.

Raising Solo presenta Momlates, una experiencia de bienestar para principiantes y apta para el posparto, creada para que las mam&aacute;s se relajen, recarguen energ&iacute;as y se reconecten. Disfruta de una clase guiada de Pilates, una sesi&oacute;n informativa, una barra de caf&eacute; y matcha, y tiempo intencional para conectar con otras mam&aacute;s. Cada invitada recibir&aacute; una bolsa de recursos de cortes&iacute;a. Esta experiencia de D&iacute;a de las Madres es nuestro regalo para ti, porque lo mereces. Dirigido por Emily Music for Kids, la clase presenta canciones educativas que apoyan el aprendizaje temprano mientras fomentan la uni&oacute;n y la conexi&oacute;n alegre. El d&iacute;a tendr&aacute; un tema de Pascua, a&ntilde;adiendo un toque estacional divertido a la experiencia. Raising Solo invites you to Parent &amp; Me Day!&nbsp; Parent &amp; Me Day is a special event designed for parents and caregivers to spend quality time with their children through music, movement, and interactive activities. Led by Emily Music for Kids, the class features educational songs that support early learning while encouraging bonding and joyful connection. The day will be Easter-themed, adding a fun seasonal touch to the experience. In addition, parents will receive a resource bag filled with helpful materials and information to continue supporting learning and connection at home.&nbsp;

Raising Solo is celebrating one year of serving and supporting solo parents and families in our community, and we need amazing volunteers to help make this milestone celebration a success. Our One-Year Celebration: Community Family Day will bring families, community members, and local organizations together for an afternoon filled with connection, resources, activities, and support. Volunteers will help create a welcoming and memorable experience for everyone who attends. Volunteers of all ages are welcome to participate. Volunteers under the age of 18 must have a parent or legal guardian present with them during their volunteer shift. A parent or legal guardian must also complete and sign all required consent and waiver forms prior to participation.
