Raising Solo was created so that no solo parent has to navigate their journey alone. In 2027 we're bringing six community programs to solo parents and their families in Newburgh and the surrounding Hudson Valley.The year starts in March with Raising the Runway, our community fashion show and fundraiser. May brings the Parent & Me Wellness Workshop, and August brings our second anniversary Community Family Day. The Community Baby Shower for solo mothers is in October, the Community Closet is in November, and an appointment-based holiday celebration closes out the year in December.We are an all-volunteer organization, so our sponsors are what make these programs happen. You can sponsor a single program, several programs, or the whole year as a Full-Year Partner. Every sponsorship at $500 and above includes a table at the program, so you can share your resources and connect with families directly.Thank you for standing with solo parents in our community.
