Released through Platoon, the project celebrates Disability, neurodiversity, and inclusive self-love and reframes the way we talk about difference. The project boasts over 70+ collaborators (55 of which having some form of disability or neurodivergence). Some collaborators include Lisa Loeb, Raul Midon, Charu Suri, Matthew Whitaker, 123 Andres, Alphabet Rockers, Mandy Harvey, Divinity Roxx, Mega Ran and more. The single Fidget has been spinning on SiriusXM and several editorial lists. The album has a paired curriculum created by the Center for Enriched Living.

RAMPD equips the Music and Live Entertainment Industry with the tools, programming and resources to support working creators and professionals with disability, neurodivergence and other chronic or mental health conditions.&nbsp; DisCo (Disability Community) Houses bring the music community together to amplify accessibility, disability and sensory inclusion, and mental-wellness work and resources while building connection, fostering collaboration, and shaping powerful relationships.&nbsp; These in-person events can range from a small mixer to a bustling party with showcase performances by RAMPD members, and all in between, offering a fully accommodating environment for creators, industry professionals, influencers, and executives with and without disabilities and from different backgrounds to mingle, dance and celebrate inclusion together.&nbsp;
