REACH Equine and Outdoor Therapy provides transformative equine therapy for children facing anxiety, neurodiversity, and physical challenges. Their mission is to expand access to this life-changing therapy by building a specialist national center to serve more kids in need.

Join us for “Tea with a Pony” 🫖🐴 at REACH Equine and Outdoor Therapy. Enjoy a relaxed cuppa while meeting our gentle therapy ponies, learning how they support children and young adults with anxiety, physical challenges, and neurodiversity. Your registration helps keep our weekly therapeutic riding and equine-assisted sessions going. Join us for REACH Curry Night 🍛—an evening of good food and relaxed company, all in support of our therapeutic riding and equine-assisted sessions for children and young adults.Bring your friends and family for a night of delicious food and laughter all in aid of our wonderful charity REACH. By booking your place, you’re helping keep our horses working with young people facing social anxiety, physical impairments, neurodiversity, and emotional challenges. Ride for REACH: The 100-Mile Cycle ChallengeGear up for a day of endurance, community, and making a real difference!&nbsp;We are inviting cyclists of all levels to take on the REACH 100-Mile Cycle Challenge.&nbsp;Whether you&#39;re a seasoned roadie or looking to push your limits for a great cause, every mile you pedal helps support our Equine Facilitated Learning programs.By joining us, you aren&#39;t just completing a century ride; you&rsquo;re providing vital resources for those who benefit from the unique, healing bond between humans and horses.How to ParticipateTo secure your spot and support the charity, we ask participants to choose one of the following:&bull; Fundraise: Raise a minimum of &pound;100 in sponsorship.&bull; Donate: Make a direct personal donation of &pound;50 or more.Event Details&bull; The Distance: A glorious 100-mile route through scenic landscapes. Similar route to the Essex 100 event&nbsp;&bull; The Route: No need to stress about navigation! A fully mapped-out route will be supplied to all participants prior to the event.&bull; The Celebration: You&rsquo;ve earned it! Cross the finish line and head straight to our Family BBQ at 16:00. For 11 years, REACH has been a vital resource, leveraging the human-equine bond to support nearly 100 children and young adults weekly in Essex, addressing social anxiety, emotional wellbeing, physical impairments, neurodiversity, and behavioural challenges. Every car showcased, every ticket purchased, and every moment shared will help us raise crucial funds to support REACH&#39;s invaluable work. Why am I doing this? 💔 Right now, REACH Equine and Outdoor Therapy is having to turn away over 100 children every single week. These are kids facing anxiety, neurodiversity, and physical challenges who desperately need the life-changing bond that horse therapy provides. The demand is overwhelming, and the current facilities just can&rsquo;t cope. The REACH 2030 Vision 🚀 I&rsquo;m riding to help fund REACH 2030 &mdash;an ambitious &pound;2-3 million plan to build a specialist national centre. This will:✨ Double capacity✨ Provide an indoor arena (no more cancelled sessions!).✨ Create sensory gardens and a Woodland School.✨ Build a lasting legacy for families in Essex and beyond.
