Designed for homeschool families, early childhood learners, and caregivers, this program provides monthly learning sessions that combine play, agriculture, creativity, and sensory experiences. At RevLove Farm, we believe that when you invest in young people, you transform the entire neighborhood. Our workforce development program prepares young people ages 14–24 for meaningful careers through hands-on, paid work experiences connected to agriculture, food systems, leadership, and community impact. We don't just teach farming; we cultivate leaders. This program supports young people in moving from surviving to thriving—building confidence, leadership, and workforce readiness while creating pathways into employment, education, and entrepreneurship. How Your Donation Works: Our program is structured into three tiers, allowing participants to engage at different levels based on age, experience, and availability. Your support funds: The Summer Cohort (Ages 14–18): An intensive, six-week experience focused on agriculture, teamwork, and career exposure, supporting daily farm operations, markets, and community programming. Project-Based Participants (Ages 16–24): Seasonal, hands-on work supporting farm production, events, and special projects. The Year-Round Team (Ages 18–30): The operational backbone of the farm, supporting administration, coordination, and events while building professional skills through both in-person and virtual work. Furthermore, all participants engage in leadership development through a Youth Board model with three committees: Leadership, Storytelling, and Entrepreneurship. This structure allows young people to contribute to real decision-making, communication, and revenue-generating activities within the organization. Through their participation, young people develop key skills in professional communication, time management, teamwork, project management, STEAM-based career exposure, and community building. We are committed to paying our youth fair, living wages ranging from $15 to $23 an hour. This ensures their work is significant enough to impact their households and truly support them in thriving.
