Richland Outreach Center Inc provides essential resources and support to individuals and families in need, fostering community well-being and empowerment through various outreach programs and services.

At Richland Outreach Center(ROC), we believe every child deserves to be clean, dry, and cared for. But for many families in our community, basic essentials like diapers, pull-ups, and wipes can quickly become a financial burden. These items are usually not covered by government programs, leaving parents with difficult choices.Through our Diaper Pantry, we currently serve 50&ndash;65 families every month, and that number continues to grow. Each child who visits our pantry receives 50 diapers or 35 pull-ups, along with one package of diaper wipes for their family.Our Bottoms Up for Babies Campaign helps us keep these essential supplies on our shelves so we can continue supporting the youngest members of our community. Something as simple as a diaper can bring relief to a parent and comfort to a baby.When you support this campaign, you are helping local families, protecting babies&rsquo; health, and making sure no parent has to choose between diapers and other basic necessities.Together, we can lift up our littlest neighbors one diaper at a time.&nbsp;

At Richland Outreach Center(ROC), we believe something powerful happens when people gather around a table. Conversations start, friendships form, and for a moment, no one feels alone.Through our monthly From Scratch Community Breakfast, volunteers come together to cook and serve a warm homemade meal for anyone in our community who would like to join us. Absolutely free! Everything is made from scratch and served with kindness, creating a welcoming space where neighbors who need a hand up can sit down, share a meal, and start their day feeling supported.For some, it&rsquo;s simply a chance to enjoy a good breakfast and connect with others. For others, it helps stretch their grocery budget during a difficult time. But for everyone who walks through the door, it means they have a seat at the table.The Seat at the Table Campaign helps us continue providing these meals by covering the cost of ingredients, supplies, and everything needed to cook and serve breakfast each month. Depending on the weather we feed anywhere from 50-80 people every breakfast.With your support, we can keep the coffee hot, the griddles going, and the chairs filled...making sure everyone in our community knows they are always welcome at the table with no questions asked.

Step into An Evening at Hogwarts 🧙&zwj;♂️ and enjoy a night of fun, food, dancing, prizies, and community while supporting Richland Outreach Center&rsquo;s work with local families. Your ticket helps provide diapers, pull-ups, wipes &nbsp;breakfast foods, support to our local 179th Security Forces Squadron, and large free holiday events for children.&nbsp; ROC provides all of these free to neighbors working toward stability and self‑sufficiency. From themed activities to shared conversation, every moment you spend with us brings our community a little closer together. TICKET PURCHASE POLICYAll ticket sales are FINAL and NON-REFUNDABLE.Tickets are restricted to guests 21 years of age and older. A valid government-issued photo ID will be required for ALL guests at the door.If you purchase a ticket and are under 21 years of age, you will NOT be permitted to enter the event, and your ticket purchase will NOT be refunded.Please make sure you meet the age requirement before purchasing your ticket.
