The fob will be active for 1 year from the date of purchase. You light the fire by touching the fob to the face of the keypad located on the fire feature, you will hear a beep and the indicator will briefly turn green.The firepit will take up to 60 seconds to light, be patient. The fire place should light immediately. Touching it again will turn it off. The fire will turn off automatically after 30 minutes.Please turn off the fire when leaving.The keypad is located on the lower outside edge of the firepit and on the right side of the fireplace.
