The Roxboro Area Chamber of Commerce is committed to showcasing local businesses and creating welcoming community events. Share your details below to help us highlight your truck, support local commerce, and offer guests a memorable experience. We are excited you are interested in being part of our annual Personality Festival as we celebrate Roxboro and Person County! Our festival is a ONE DAY event on October 3, 2026, 10 am-4 pm. No rain date is available.&nbsp;CONTACT OUR OFFICE WITH ANY QUESTIONS YOU HAVE REGARDING THIS APPLICATION!Our food truck vendors are selected on a first-come-first-serve basis upon agreement of your selected food items, completed application, and payment. Submittal of an application means that you have been accepted UNLESS you have been contacted by someone on the Personality Festival Committee with questions. Please be sure to read THOROUGHLY all items on this application. &nbsp;(NO FOOD TENTS WILL BE ALLOWED TO SET UP AT PERSONALITY THIS YEAR DUE TO SPACE AVAILABiLITY). Applications will not be accepted for Food Trucks/Vendors after September 1, 2026, due to the Health Department requiring all applications to be turned in at least 30 days before the event. This is not our rule. It is a health department rule.&nbsp;
