The Rupert Community Centre is a welcoming hub run by a volunteer association founded in 1962. The hall provides an affordable space for a wide range of programs, hosts seasonal events, and runs a canteen and outdoor skating rink.

Rupert Treasures Second Hand Shop operates from the lower level of the hall and empowers the local community by selling donated goods at accessible prices and reinvesting the proceeds into community initiatives and provides assistance to families in distress.
