Rural Oregon Community Foundation

The Rural Oregon Community Foundation fosters community growth by preserving the western way of life, supporting youth in agriculture, ranching, and animal welfare, and promoting cultural events that celebrate Oregon's heritage.

🎉 Excitement is in the air! Get ready to be part of Oregon's Cowboy Poetry event with Rural Oregon Community Foundation. It's an event like no other, held right in Oregon's Cowboy Capital, Prineville, and we want you to be there! 🎉 We are thrilled to feature R.W. Hampton, an acclaimed Western music artist and inductee into the Western Music Hall of Fame. Known as “Today's Voice of the American Cowboy,” Hampton has lived the life he sings about, having spent decades punching cattle and working the lines on legendary ranches across the American West. Joining him will be talented artists from the Oregon chapter of the International Western Music Association, along with inspiring up-and-coming poets and musicians. Every registration to this event brings us closer to achieving our mission of preserving the western way of life, while encouraging and supporting youth in farming, ranching, and animal health and welfare. Thank you for supporting our mission—your support is invaluable.
