Sanatan Association of New Jersey (SANJ) is a 501(c)(3) non-profit tax-exempt organization based in NJ. Kali Puja 2026 will occur on Saturday, November 7, 2026, From 4:00 pm to 1:00 am.If you are interested in becoming a vendor, please fill the form for more information and pricing. Thank you for your supportSANJ Organizing Committee TERMS AND CONDITIONSSanatan Association of New Jersey, 15&nbsp;Scott Drive, East Brunswick NJ, 08816 1.&nbsp;Rain-or-Shine Event The festival is a rain-or-shine event. There shall be no rain date. 2.&nbsp;Loss or Damage Sanatan Association of New Jersey (&ldquo;SANJ&rdquo;) shall not be responsible or liable for any loss of, theft of, or damage to any merchandise, displays, equipment, supplies, or any other property belonging to any vendor, sponsor, exhibitor, or their representatives. 3.&nbsp;Application and Payment Vendor application and full payment must be submitted on the same day as the application is submitted. Any application submitted without full payment shall be deemed incomplete and may be rejected, voided, or denied. 4. Space; Tables and Chairs Vendors and sponsors shall be provided space for a 6ft table size. Each vendor shall be solely responsible for bringing its own necessary setup items. Any tables, chairs, displays, equipment, or materials brought by the vendor must fit entirely within the vendor&rsquo;s allotted tent space. 5. Responsibility for Rentals Vendors assume full financial responsibility for any rented items and shall be responsible for returning all such items in the same condition in which they were received. 6. Fire Safety Permit Requirement:6(a) Non-Food Vendors: Sanatan Association of New Jersey (&ldquo;SANJ&rdquo;) shall obtain and file the required Fire Safety Permit(s) on behalf of non-food vendors only through the East Brunswick Bureau of Fire Safety. Each non-food vendor shall be required to pay the applicable fire permit fee to SANJ at the time of application. The applicable fire permit fee must be submitted together with the vendor fee for the application to be valid. Any non-food vendor application submitted without full payment of both the vendor fee and the applicable fire permit fee shall be deemed incomplete and shall be void without exception. Applicable permit categories and fees shall be determined based upon the vendor&rsquo;s declared setup and the requirements of the East Brunswick Bureau of Fire Safety.&nbsp;&nbsp;Final permit requirements, permit classifications, and permit fees shall be subject to the determination of the applicable East Brunswick authorities based upon the vendor&rsquo;s actual setup, operations, and on-site inspection. Compliance with all permit requirements shall be a condition of participation in the event. 7. Contract for Space This application for space, when accompanied by full payment, constitutes a binding contract for the right to use exhibitor space for the one-day festival on November 07, 2026. SANJ reserves the right to make the final determination of all space assignments in the best interest of the festival. 8. Confirmation of Acceptance Each exhibitor shall receive a confirmation letter or email regarding application acceptance. If confirmation is not received by October 22, 2026, the exhibitor shall contact SANJ by email at sanatananj@gmail.com. 9. Registration and Check-In All vendors must check in at the registration table. Check-in shall begin at 2:00 p.m. sharp. 10. Setup and Installation Exhibitors may begin installation immediately following registration check-in. Exhibitors may not arrive before 2:00 P.m. and are required to complete setup by 2:45 PM. All stalls must be ready by 3:15 p.m. 11. Conclusion of Festival; Cleanup The festival shall conclude at 11:59 p.m. All exhibitor business must be concluded at that time. Each exhibitor shall be required to clean its exhibitor space and leave the premises in the same condition in which it was found. If the space is not left clean, additional charges may be applied. 12. Restriction of Objectionable Exhibits SANJ reserves the right to restrict, remove, or prohibit any exhibit, display, activity, material, sound, or method of operation that becomes objectionable for any reason, including, without limitation, noise, method of operation, safety concerns, or materials displayed. 13. Compliance with Laws All vendors and merchants must comply with all applicable municipal, county, state, and federal laws, rules, regulations, and ordinances associated with the sale of goods and services. 14. Non-Refundability All payments shall be non-refundable.As the representative of my group or business, I have read and understand the terms&nbsp;and conditions listed herein and agree to them. I have read these guidelines to the&nbsp;members of my group and have discussed them thoroughly in a meeting prior to the&nbsp;festival.
