Start 2026 on top of the latest developments in accessible book design! &nbsp;Join Emma C&ocirc;t&eacute; of eBOUND to learn about a wide array of accessible publishing topics, including:<ul fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;"><li fr-original-style="" id="isPasted" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Updates on the EAA&nbsp;</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">ADA and who it applies to</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Recent InDesign updates (including language tagging options)</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">General updates on trends, issues, and options &nbsp;</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">eBOUND Digital Certifications; and</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">the Accessible Publishing Learning Network</li></ul>This session will take place on Zoom (because we&#39;ve all had our fill of driving through winter storms in 2025). &nbsp;Tickets are $20 for SaskBooks members and affiliates or $30 for non-members. &nbsp;Please make sure to indicate any accessibility considerations when you register. If your firm has multiple representatives attending, please ensure they register separately so that attendance numbers are accurately recorded. eBOUND is a not-for-profit organization based in Toronto, Canada with the mission of advancing the digital engagement of Canadian publishers. &nbsp;Emma C&ocirc;t&eacute; is the Technology Specialist and has previously worked for The Rights Factory and Rakuten Kobo. SaskBooks is Saskatchewan&rsquo;s provincial creative industry association for book publishers. SaskBooks members and members of the BPAA, AMBP, BooksBC, or other ACP members can register for $100 per person. Non-members can register for $150 per person. If your firm has multiple representatives attending, please ensure they register separately so that accessibility and allergy information is accurately recorded. Registration includes access to all sessions (excluding the AGM and Plenary, which are open to SaskBooks members only), the Dinner and Escape Room, and meals and refreshments as indicated. The 2026 conference is live and in-person. Resources from conference sessions may be made available at request following the sessions. SaskBooks requests its members RSVP for the AGM and Membership Plenary. SaskBooks members who travel more than 100km to attend the AGM, conference, and Plenary may apply for a travel/accommodation subsidy of up to $200 per firm. There are a limited number of subsidies available, which are assigned on a first-come, first-served basis at registration and must be submitted by September 30th. SaskBooks members are also invited to attend the SaskBooks AGM on September 10th and Plenary on September 11th free of charge. This conference is funded in part by the Government of Canada through the Canada Book Fund.
