Snow Dogs Rescue Society is dedicated to rescuing, rehabilitating, and rehoming abandoned and neglected snow dog breeds. They aim to promote responsible pet ownership and raise awareness about the needs of these dogs in their communities.

Warm Paws Walk: Step Into October and Support Snow Dog Society 🐾This October, we&rsquo;re inviting our community to get outside, get moving and walk for the dogs while helping us reach our $5,000 fundraising goal for Snow Dog Society.Take part on your own, create a team, join one of our community partner teams, or simply make a donation. However you choose to participate, you&rsquo;ll be helping support dogs in need through rescue, care, fostering, transport and the journey toward safe, loving homes.Set your walking goal. Warm Paws Walk 2026

This has been one of the hardest weeks our Snow Dog team has faced.In just a few short days, four of our smallest and most vulnerable puppies have needed urgent veterinary care. Our team and veterinary partners are doing everything possible for them, but the unexpected medical costs are quickly reaching thousands of dollars.One puppy received the heartbreaking diagnosis that he is completely blind in one eye.Another has made multiple trips back and forth to the hospital. What we hoped would be a short stay has become a longer hospitalization while veterinarians continue testing, treating and working to get him stable.Our tiniest fighter, at only one week old, was struggling to thrive and required IV fluids. Now, before his eyes have even opened, he is also battling conjunctivitis.And another tiny two-week-old puppy has begun experiencing difficulties and is now under veterinary care.These little lives are incredibly fragile.&nbsp;Every hour matters, and we want medical decisions to be based on what these puppies need, not whether we can afford the next veterinary bill.We need your help.Our immediate goal is to raise funds toward the emergency veterinary costs for these puppies while ensuring we can continue caring for the many other Snow Dogs already relying on us for medical treatment, surgeries, rehabilitation, food, foster care and transportation.Every contribution makes a difference.$5 helps. $10 helps. $25 helps. $50 helps.
