Spir Foundation empowers young men reentering society after incarceration by providing meaningful employment, mentorship, and essential wraparound support, including housing and mental health care, to help them build stable, hopeful futures.

Through meaningful paid work, our 10-week Sp&iacute;r Foundations curriculum, mentorship, and ongoing reentry support, we help young men prepare for what comes next&mdash;and know they don&rsquo;t have to navigate it alone. Our Values Economic Success We provide meaningful, fairly paid employment and real work experience so young people can earn income, build savings, and move toward lasting stability. Dignity and Belonging We believe young people deserve to be known, celebrated, and supported&mdash;not simply employed. Employment and economic autonomy are the vessels, but belonging is the goal. Power and Autonomy Through skills development, leadership opportunities, and our Sp&iacute;r Foundations curriculum, participants build the confidence and self-belief to shape their own futures.
