St Peter the Apostle Capital Campaign
St. Peter the Apostle has identified several key projects that will strengthen and preserve our parish facilities so that our church, school, and ministries can continue to thrive for generations. To meet these needs, we are embarking on the Continuing the Mission of Christ Capital Campaign, a three-year initiative with a goal of raising $2.2 million.· A new Youth Center that will be twice the size of the current space. The existing building is aging and showing structural concerns.The campaign will address the following essential improvements to preserve and strengthen our parish facilities:· New school canopies to provide shade and protection for students as they wait for pick-up, while also enhancing the beauty and overall appearance of our campus.· A new Youth Center that will be twice the size of the current space. The existing building is aging and showing structural concerns.· New carpeting in the church (not including under the pews) to refresh and maintain the beauty of our worship space.· A replacement A/C system· A church roof replacement that due to its pitched design, will be a straightforward and cost-efficient project.· An upgraded livestream camera system· Installation of 24 new parish office windows· Expanded handicapped parking · Replacement of four wooden church doors that have rotted over time.In addition to these important projects, a portion of the funds raised will be dedicated to strengthening our parish’s future by supporting our endowments and replenishing parish savings. Any funds raised beyond the $2.2 million goal will also be directed to our parish endowments.
