Assumption of RiskI understand that participation in badminton involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, illness, or property damage. I voluntarily choose to participate and assume all risks related to playing, training, warming up, competing, or spectating in activities organized by SAS Club. 3. Activities CoveredThis agreement applies to all tournament-related activities, including but not limited to:<ul data-end="1323" data-start="1147" fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;"><li data-end="1174" data-start="1147" fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Playing badminton matches</li><li data-end="1212" data-start="1175" fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Warm-ups, practice, and competition</li><li data-end="1255" data-start="1213" fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Use of courts, equipment, and facilities</li><li data-end="1323" data-start="1256" fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Spectating and participation in any SAS Club&ndash;organized activities</li></ul>&ldquo;SAS Club&rdquo; includes its directors, officers, committee members, volunteers, coaches, staff, facility owners, and representatives.3. Assumption of RiskBadminton involves inherent risks, including foreseeable and unforeseeable dangers. These include, but are not limited to:<ul data-end="2019" data-start="1613" fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;"><li data-end="1666" data-start="1613" fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Muscle strains, sprains, fractures, or dislocations</li><li data-end="1703" data-start="1667" fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Abrasions and soft tissue injuries</li><li data-end="1740" data-start="1704" fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Concussions or other head injuries</li><li data-end="1801" data-start="1741" fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Spinal injuries, paralysis, permanent disability, or death</li><li data-end="1875" data-start="1802" fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Physical contact with players, equipment, shuttlecocks, nets, or courts</li><li data-end="1911" data-start="1876" fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Equipment failure or improper use</li><li data-end="1960" data-start="1912" fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Vigorous physical exertion and rapid movements</li><li data-end="2019" data-start="1961" fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Exposure to contagious illnesses, including COVID-19</li></ul>Despite reasonable safety precautions, injuries or illness may still occur.4.
