Take a pause and look after your wellbeing, while supporting St.Cleer Primary Academy’s pupils. 💚 This relaxed wellness evening brings parents, teachers, and friends together for simple ways to unwind and reset. Clare, from Eclipse Therapies will be guiding us through a gentle yoga session. This is suitable for beginners, so no previous experience necessary. She will then lead a guided relaxation and sound bath where you can experience true inner peace. We'll end the evening with light refreshments and you’ll have space to recharge and connect. 🌙 Please bring a yoga mat if you have one (some will be available on the night) Every ticket helps our PTFA fund extra resources and experiences for the children—thank you for being part of our school community.
