The Yard is a ministry of Stones River Church that is dedicated to serving our neighbors experiencing transition from incarceration, homelessness, joblessness, and addiction.We need your support to continue our work. While we seek grant funding and other opportunities, we are also focused on letting the community know about our work in hopes that you will partner with us to be Jesus to the Middle Tennessee community.Some of our activities include: Weekly Bible study & recovery curriculum at the Rutherford County Correctional Work CenterAssistance with paying rent and utilitiesPlacement in sober living/recovery programs such as Bethesda House Ministries and Threshold RecoveryProviding clothing for all agesGrocery and gas cardsConnecting with existing resources in the community because we know that 'it takes a village'!A recurring donation of just $33/month for 1 year will help: 2 people get into stable housing10 people get work boots to start a new job3 people receive LADC Counseling2 people receive essential dental carePlease help us keep our friends in recovery and on the path to healing and well-being.
