2026-2027 Spirit Rock Reservation Reserve your Spirit Rock date for 26-27 🎨 and share a special message for your Sugar Creek student&mdash;birthdays, celebrations, encouragement, or a simple &ldquo;we love you.&rdquo; Your artwork helps brighten our campus and shows students how much they&rsquo;re supported. Each reservation supports Sugar Creek Elementary PTO as we partner with teachers and families to enhance our students&rsquo; school experience. Please choose your date carefully, review the guidelines, and complete the form to confirm your spot. 📅 Our Sugar Creek Spirit Rock is located in the front of the school by the car rider line and outdoor classroom.&nbsp; Rental is $20 per day (non-refundable). Reservations and payment are online only and can be completed using this form.&nbsp; How to Reserve a Rock: <ul fr-original-style="text-align: start;" style="text-align: start; box-sizing: inherit;"><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Sign up for the date you would like and answer all questions on the form</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Complete the payment&nbsp;</li></ul> PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING GUIDELINES CAREFULLY&nbsp;(not following guidelines will result in losing future rock painting privileges) :<ul fr-original-style="text-align: start;" style="text-align: start; box-sizing: inherit;"><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">The PTO is &nbsp;NOT responsible for assisting you with changing dates due to illness, travel, weather, etc. &nbsp;We kindly remind you that the PTO Board Members are volunteers! &nbsp;</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Rental is $20 per day, payable through Zeffy when making your reservation&nbsp;</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Only one family may rent the rock per day&nbsp;and&nbsp;Rental is on a first come, first served basis</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Daily rental runs from 3pm the day of your reservation- to 3pm the following day. The 3pm start date- is when you may paint it for the next day. For example- if I book the rock for August 11th, I may paint the rock after 3pm on the 10th to have it displayed all day on the 11th (until 3pm).&nbsp;</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Rental of the rock is rain or shine! You are not entitled to another day or a refund if your scheduled painter is unable to come out due to weather. &nbsp;</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Renter is responsible for providing supplies and doing the painting. YOUR RESERVATION DOES NOT INCLUDE THE ACTUAL PAINTING OF THE ROCK.
