Sustainable Gambia empowers communities through sustainable agriculture, education, and environmental conservation, aiming to enhance livelihoods and promote resilience against climate change in The Gambia.

Fidya &amp; Kaffarah Distribution Your fidya or kaffarah will be distributed locally in The Gambia by feeding needy individuals. This is done either through the local staple food (approximately 1.5 kg of rice per person) or through prepared cooked meals. The current estimated cost per person fed is calculated on meal or staple cost, transport, packaging expenses that are necessary for the delivery of the meal or food stuff. This is determined at the time of request as prices fluctuate.&nbsp;

In 2025, the clinic underwent major renovations and service-line restructuring, expanding patient areas and upgrading equipment. It now focuses on dental care, general medicine, urgent care, ENT, surgery, and laboratory diagnostics, ensuring quality, efficiency, and patient satisfaction. Today, Kairo Clinic stands as a vital access point for affordable, high-quality healthcare in the community. Through modernized facilities, skilled medical professionals, and patient-centered care, the clinic is reducing wait times, improving diagnostic accuracy, and expanding essential services for families who would otherwise face significant barriers to treatment. Your support will help us continue this transformation, by investing in advanced medical equipment, expanding specialist services, subsidizing care for underserved patients, and strengthening training for our healthcare team.
