Join our 4 week Women&#39;s Emotional Wellbeing Workshop led by Tinka Gupta of the Harmony Lounge This small, supportive session is for women in Sutton whose mental health has affected everyday life. We&rsquo;ll explore practical ways to manage difficult feelings, build confidence, and share experiences in a safe space. You also enable our Intentional Peer Support workers to support people in the community,&nbsp;sharing their lived experience and building life changing relationships.&nbsp; Supporting our service means we can offer free counselling to those in most need, and keep the doors to the Crisis Cafe open 365 evenings a year, so people have a safe place to turn when things feel overwhelming. Thank you for standing with people in Sutton whose mental health has had an impact on their lives.
