As a thanks to our outstanding community members who donate as at least yearly members to our voluntary membership program, a one time free rental is provided per dues paying calendar year. Rental Rates (Effective 01/01/2024) Whole day: $135 (12 hrs) Half Day: $75 (6hrs) Holidays (Thanksgiving and Christmas):$185, due in full at time of booking. Shortly before rental window, you will receive a key code in your text/email.Cleaning/damage deposit required for all rentals (including free rentals), and is returned upon completion of your rental after inspection of property (full day $85, half day $75). All rentals are booked on a first come first serve basis. Rentals requiring access to outdoor water, must be notified at the time of booking, and additional +$10. Pictures before/after rental are encouraged, but not required. Security deposit is the ONLY thing that locks in your rental, and is due no less than 14 days prior to rental. It is encouraged however, to put deposit in as soon as possible to avoid another renter from claiming the day. Payment for rental must be paid in full within 48 hours of rental. No reservations will be officially placed on the books, until security deposit has been made. Changes/cancellations can be made at any time. Cancellations made within 72hr of rental will forfeit security deposit. Holiday cancellations forfeit entire amount at boards discretion, determined during the next regularly scheduled meeting.
