Temple Emanu-El-Beth Sholom fosters an inclusive Jewish community, offering open access to spiritual services and cultural events. Their mission is to welcome all, breaking barriers to participation and creating a sense of belonging for everyone.

There&#39;s room for everyone under our tent. The Open Tent Experience - three High Holy Days services at Temple, open to anyone who wants a way in. No membership. No barrier. Just a seat with your name on it - and someone at the door to welcome you. Your seat is reserved for three of the most welcoming services of the season - plus a warm welcome the moment you arrive:<ul fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;"><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Erev Rosh Hashanah - Friday, September 11 at 7:45 PM - the evening opens with a community potluck dinner at 6:15, then the service that welcomes in the Jewish New Year. Share a meal, meet people, and settle in before it begins.</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Rosh Hashanah, Day Two - Sunday, September 13 at 10:15 AM - a more intimate morning service as the New Year continues, with children&#39;s programming running alongside so parents can take it in. <a fr-original-style="" href="https://templemontreal.shulcloud.com/form/2026-hhd-childrens-program-registration.html" rel="noopener noreferrer" style="text-decoration-color: currentcolor; user-select: auto; box-sizing: inherit;" target="_blank">Register your children here</a>.</li><li fr-original-style="" style="box-sizing: inherit;">Early Kol Nidre - Sunday, September 20 at 5:45 PM - the haunting, unforgettable melody that opens Yom Kippur, at an earlier hour that&#39;s easy to make.</li></ul>And when you arrive, a member will be waiting at the door to greet you, help you find your seat, and make sure you feel at home from the very first moment. You&#39;ll never have to walk in wondering where to go or whether you belong. All High Holy Day services are free for full-time students. Open Tent Experience

Looking for a joyful and meaningful Jewish experience for your child? Sparks is a once-a-month program, led by Rabbi Luks-Morgan, designed for families with children in elementary school (Grades 1&ndash;6), offering a hands-on, holiday-focused and values-based family educational experience. Wherever you are on your Jewish journey, Sparks is a warm and welcoming space for you and your child to connect, learn, and grow. 🌟 Open to the community and inclusive of all kinds of families🌟 Free for Torah School families who wish to stay after lunch🌟 Coordinated with the Family Service and lunch for an easy and enriching Shabbat Sparks is available for just $180/year (and free to families already in Torah School).
