Cast a line and spend a day outdoors with TAYCT at South Cerney Angling Club 🎣 This youth trip is a chance to learn the basics of fishing, enjoy the lakeside, and build confidence in a relaxed setting. This session is for both beginners and those with some fishing experience. Plan for the day:&nbsp; 9:15am -&nbsp;Meet at The Dolphins Hall Tetbury&nbsp;9:30am -&nbsp;Leave Tetbury on the mini bus&nbsp;10:00am -&nbsp;Arrive at the angling club and meet the coaches10:30am -&nbsp;Start fishing!&nbsp;2:00pm -&nbsp;Leave South Cerney on the mini bus2:30pm -&nbsp;Arrive back to The Dolphins Hall&nbsp; On arrival back into Tetbury, young people will be free to leave on their own. Please make sure that you make pick up arrangements with your young person that you are comfortable with. A Reminder that the car park is a pay to park car park. You have 5 minutes free to pick up and drop off but after that time you will be charged a fine.&nbsp; Please bring a packed lunch as food will not be available to purchase on this trip.&nbsp; Fishing equipment provided&nbsp;

Youth fishing trip to South Cerney Angling Club

Enjoy a fun and energetic swim at Cirencester Outdoor Pool for school years 7 - 13 🏊 Join other local young people for time in the water, fresh air, and friendly company.&nbsp; This session is part of Tetbury Area Youth and Community Trust&rsquo;s work to build confidence, friendships, and a strong sense of community.&nbsp;The details for the session are as follows:&nbsp; * 6:30pm departure on the SWR mini bus from the youth club at The Dolphins Hall, Tetbury* 7:15pm - 8:30pm swim session&nbsp;* 9pm Expected arrival back at the youth club at The Dolphins Hall, Tetbury&nbsp; Our youth workers will not be entering the water and are not responsible for the young people during the swim session. All attendees must be confident, independent and able swimmers. Lifeguards will be on duty and in charge of the event, attendees and any first aid during the session.&nbsp; Once we have arrived back to Tetbury, young people will be allowed to make their own way home so please make whatever arrangements you are comfortable with, with your young person.&nbsp; Entrance to the session is &pound;1.&nbsp; Please use this form to tell us who&rsquo;s coming, share any needs, and confirm consent. 🌞

Fishing Trip

A fantastic opportunity for young people to experience a day at the lakes! There will be raft building, paddleboarding and kayaking activities taking place. Transport is included. Times and bus stop locations to be confirmed. All young people will need a packed lunch for the day. Youth Robin Bus trip to Lake 32 for Watersports

Hop on our youth-supported bus trip to Stroud 🚍 and enjoy a safe, relaxed day out with friends. This trip is organised by Tetbury Area Youth and Community Trust to give local young people an easy way to explore somewhere new together. The aim of this supported trip is to allow young people to feel more confident in how they can use public transport to access some of the larger towns and facilities surrounding Tetbury and to support parents to allow children to take those first steps in independence. The Day9:00am -&nbsp;2 x TAYCT Youth workers will be meeting at the bus stop outside Lola&#39;s (near specsavers) in Tetbury in preparation to board the 602 Bus to Stroud. Bus fare must be paid by the attending young person. Card is accepted, if you can not pay by card please try to bring coins rather than notes. (approximately &pound;6)9:54am - They will arrive in Stroud at Merrywalks bus station.14.00pm - Meet back at the bus station at Merrywalks where the youth workers will be catching the 602 bus at 14:05pm back to Tetbury.14:50pm - Arrive back in Tetbury at the bus stop outside The Ormond.Young people will then be free to make their own way home.During the afternoon the youth workers will remain in Stroud and will have a mobile phone with them, each young person will be given this number for them to call (not text) if they need support or to speak to the youth workers. If young people would like to add this to their phones beforehand it is 07926979998.Youth Workers will show the group where they need to go to for their return journey. Other than the bus journeys young people will be free to go off into Stroud and will be unsupervised by youth workers. They will be entirely independent during these times and not under the care or supervision of youth workers. Important things to consider:The young people are responsible for being at the bus stop in time to board with the youth workers both on the way and on the return journey. Youth workers cannot wait for any young people who miss the transport. Any young people who do miss the transport will have to be collected and transported by parents/carers.&nbsp;We will be using public transport which cannot and will not wait for people. Public transprt runs very infrequently so young people will not be able to wait for another one if missed.Young people must have a mobile phone with them with the ability to make phone calls (not text) both to the youth workers phone and their parents/carers if they need support.Young people will be encouraged to stay together as a group or in groups but you should consider if your child is mature enough to remain safe and to make safe choices when in Stroud for three hours without adult supervision. Parents should consider whether they have the ability to meet at an agreed point and time and manage this independently.Please bring coins for the bus fare if possible and young people will need money if they wish to spend any whilst in town.If your child has a medical need you must inform us of this during booking. If children require medical equipment such as an inhaler or epi-pen they must have these on them during the day and youth workers must be informed. If a child becomes unwell during the trip parents/carers will be contacted to collect them.If your child has an allergy please inform us on booking. No food is provided on this trip so please ensure young people have a packed lunch or money to buy food whilst in Stroud.

Youth Supported Bus Trip to Stroud

Join our youth trip to the inflatables at Cotswold Country Park and Beach 🏖️ A day for young people to be active, have fun together, and enjoy the water in a safe, supervised setting. The plan 9:30am -&nbsp;Meet at The Dolphins Hall Tetbury to depart on the mini bus&nbsp;10:00am -&nbsp;Arrive at Cotswold Country Park and Beach&nbsp;10:30am - 11:30am -&nbsp;Inflatables session&nbsp;12:30pm -&nbsp;Leave Cotswold Country Park and Beach&nbsp;1:00pm -&nbsp;Arrive back at The Dolphins Hall Tetbury. On arrival in Tetbury the young people will be free to leave so please make sure that you have made arrangements directly with your young person that you are happy with.&nbsp;Please be aware that the car park at The Dolphins Hall is a pay to park car park. The first five minutes are free but after this time you will be charged.&nbsp; The Cotswold Park and Beach provide a life jacket for all participants but please make sure that each attendee has suitable swim wear and a towel. There are changing facilities where the attendees can change before and after the session. A waiver form will be sent to you before the day so please look out for this. Attendees will not be able to take part with out a completed form.&nbsp; Please bring a packed lunch or money to buy food from the cafe/shop.
